@no1marauder saidBigoted idiot. I can see you thinking me the idiot, but do not get the bigot part. I never mention skin color negatively, I would have no reason to.
I think you are a bigoted idiot who admits he doesn't even know the principles on which this nation was founded.
The idea that the US should create a gulag that would dwarf in size anything the Soviet dictators had while proclaiming you are for "minimal governmental control" is hilariously stupid.
A black lady interviewed on the street answered the question 'why are you voting for Kamala', and she said ' because she is black'.
Hey, Maruader,,,,,,is that lady a bigot? She is certainly a racist. You have stepped into it here.
@AverageJoe1 saidThis is my answer. Y'all are lucky that we all answer questions, which help keep your posts afloat. You never answer ours.
Does rounding up 10 to 12 million people and putting them in concentration camps equal "very minimal government control" in your mind?
You wrote this question. You see my answer just above. Do you think that I do not have a right to 'control' the 20 people that I write about?
You use the phrase 'govt control'. So, to my analogy, I asked you if I have the right to control the 20 people trespassing my home. You just dammit do not answer. Because, I DO have the right, but for you to answer in the affirmative, you are delving into the right of Trump, on a larger scale, to control invaders.
Now, can you follow up here, or are you going to go Sonhouse on me?!?!?
And if you are going with the Number of people, 12M is only .03 percent of our population;
My number of 20 aliens is about 5 TIMES the number in my family.
Your argument weakens. I have to handle a WHOLE lot more people, relatively speaking, than he does.

big·ot ˈbi-gə
: a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices
especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (such as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance
Your posts here are filled with hatred and intolerance towards virtually every group but white Americans.
Unless someone believes that "Race" A is inherently superior or inferior to Race "B" they aren't a racist.
@no1marauder saidWhatever. You are such the professor. zzzzzzz

So, you did not see my question....is the lady who is voting Kamala a racist for saying she is voting her because Kamala is black?

It's a false analogy; a private home isn't like a country.
@AverageJoe1 saidI answered that question, too.

It is not my fault that you are too stupid to understand such basic points as those I express in my answers.
@no1marauder saidSo your answer to a question that you say is a false analogy is to abandon it. You are Suzianne, congratulations. And you call me stupid. Man up, Marauder.
I answered your stupid question.
It's a false analogy; a private home isn't like a country.
I submit that, indeed, it can happen and may have happened, along the TX border. Farmers, ranchers, they all deal with invaders tromping through their vegetable gardens. So, my rancher uncle has had it, he traps 6 of them in his barn.......he CONTROLS them.
Are you and Suzianne going to tell us that my analogy is false?
Man up, man. I may post a thread that simply says I killed you here. For the record, I am ready for Trump to kick butt.
@no1marauder saidYou did not answer the question, 'Is the lady who votes for Kamala becaue she is black a racist?'
I answered that question, too.

It is a one-word answer, so maybe that is why I missed it, because I did not see a post with a yes, or a no.

IF your rancher friend doesn't quickly inform the legal authorities to come and pick up those who he "controls" in your scenario, he's likely to go to prison.
Yes, your analogy is false.
@no1marauder saidYou are correct. He must call authorities, who will hopefully make fast work of getting them off of his property. That will satisfy the rancher. Very astute.

But, ahhhh, there is the matter of satisfying the law of the land, isn't there? To satisfy the citizens who are protected by the Constitution? The one the govt has to live by? So, the govt has to send invaders here illegally back to where they came from.
You are not being successful with this issue. So, I win.

@AverageJoe1 saidIt has been explained to you numerous times that those who cross the border can ask for asylum even if they don't cross at designated points of entry. That is the law and has been for more than four decades.

Because you are too stubbornly stupid to understand this, you "lose".
And actually the Constitution protects more than "citizens". Take the 5th Amendment:
"Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
Or the Sixth:
"Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense."
Those are examples, not an exhaustive list.
@no1marauder saidWhat? No one on the forum has ever made distinctions, qualifying the nature of racism as it fits the facts of a question? (i think I said that right 🤔).
I gave you this answer:
no1: Unless someone believes that "Race" A is inherently superior or inferior to Race "B" they aren't a racist.
Isn't a racist a racist. You say there is Race A and Race B. I don't know what you mean. Like Hispanic is diff than, say, Indian? What has that got to do with my question. Of all times I have been accused of being a racist, they just say racist. So, I am asking you if the lady who votes for Kamala is a racist. This cannot be that hard. Am I going to win this?
@AverageJoe1 saidYou have not given sufficient information to answer your question about the person you made up.

@no1marauder saidTell us all, then , we have many readers, that if I am sitting on my porch and 6 mexicans storm my garden aiming towards my house that I cannot lock them in my barn. (control them). Please don't bore us with kidnapping laws. The law will come soon enough and haul them away.
