Yeah, here is the issue: YOU ARE A WORLD CLASS ASSSHOLE AND POS. And I would tell that to you face to face if ever I had the crappy chance to see you live.

@AverageJoe1 said
Try this issue, though?
You invite the businesses to do exactly what should not happen. Implore homeowners to disrupt the town, turn their homes, in residential subdivisions, into businesses, to invite people who will buy hot dogs but not contribute to the performing arts or to Children’s Illiteracy or churches or 501-c3 concerns. Citizens will move away from this lot, leaving no true citizenry, those who support the town.
Joe's a Big Government control freak! Whoda thunkit

But, you DO keep an eye out……….for what?
For whatever. I'm a good neighbor, I keep my eyes open in my neighborhood. I'm one of the few who are home during the day.

Usually, people (usually families) come in for a few days, then are gone. Reservations are probably made over the internet by people who don't appreciate the overt racism in this hoity-toity town. Yes, black people and even Muslims have stayed in this woman's house. They stay a few days and are gone. They're usually quiet, unlike the white rednecks who show up and party like there's no tomorrow on a Super Bowl weekend.

Easy my granny follows you and Shav, et al. The lot.
You apparently don’t think land values would drop, that there are unintended consequences? That, philanthropy would decrease? The local restaurants would lose local traffic?
Oh well I lose another one. Bring on STRs! Suzi Anne’s neighbors will love having the SHORT TERM RENTERS spend each weekend next door. Ahhh, yes, but the money! You disappoint me SHouse

How about Subdivision covenants and restrictions? Be honest, should a subdivision of 100 houses, named Lazy Acres, NOT be subject to rules?

We have no HOA in my subdivision.

That's one reason I moved here. No Karens up in your face wanting to be queen of the subdivision.

Sue cares not what goes on in her neighborhood. A KKK flag, 20x20, nailed to the eaves above her neighbor's front door. 20 pet Jack Russells barking and digging all day in back yard....and FRONT yard.
How about some more examples.

Sounds more like your neighborhood than mine. Make sure you go to jackboot marching practice.

Sue answers like camela answers. Gibberish.
When asked on her latest (2nd?) interview how she would reduce rising prices, she said 'Well, first I would say that I had a wonderful life growing up'.
He followed with "What is something about you that people do not know?" She said "I love my family".

Sue does not respond to the possiblity of a KKK flag next door with 20 yelping dogs in the back yard.....and dog poop lands where it may!
What are some disturbing activities that could be just too much for Suue? How about a collectin of reaaaaaly bad objects, like old bath tubs piled up.

But you don't know my neighborhood, your readers have a difficult time following. I am trying to work with you here.

Dear Joe - Each subdivision has its own rules. Some are very strict, some non-existent. The name of the subdivision is unimportant.

@AverageJoe1
There are no nazi's in your area because they are all in Springfield Ohio right now harassing the locals who just want to be left alone hoping Vance and Trump stop puking out the dead pet BS.

And you sure as hell don't know mine.

That's my point.
