I experienced years of stalking/trolling by Kaka Notion, something or other about hospitals, it was extremely creepy and if not for the anonymity of this board who knows what mischief he may have got up to.

Actually it is the Ritterkreuz with Laurels and swords (Maybe also with brilliants, the highest "common" stage the Picture is not well enough)
