I think even if someone is not a subscriber ,he/she should be still allowed in all tournaments. there can be a minimum rating limit fot this.
this will encourage good players who cannot afford subscription

Why would anyone bother subscribing then? This site costs money to run you know.

And besides non subscribers do not always hang around long enough to play in a tournament.

Only purpose of letting non-subscribers play at all is to get them hooked on a RHP addiction which can only by satisfied by a subscription and endless hours hunched over a keyboard.
