Yes, you do. If the child's internal organs developed on the outside of its body, and there is no way to save it, an abortion is the only sane choice. If the mother is a 13-year-old rape victim, forcing her young, underdeveloped body to bear the child will (to say the least) damage her permanently.

When you feel that strongly the route to take is to get in a group of like minded people who want to make a difference, whether that is politics, feeding hash at a homeless shelter, alone you won't get much accomplished of your life goals.
In my case I will be volunteering for my democrat party, knocking on doors, telling the story of Kamala and such.
I have no idea of your political leanings and it doesn't matter much but if you are alone and just observing injustice or you see that slow moving vehicle and you try to rectify the situation by yourself, you might find out the dude is not a child grabber but a drive by shooter. Just saying.
