We get together, decide each family puts $1000 in the bank to pay for everything you just wrote. We appoint a group to manage (govern) the money.

We then all agree to go forth and make all the money we can. and keep it for our personal use. We agree no one will knock on anyone's door to get money from them to pay off loans, pay for abortions, or, even more importantly, try to make everyone pool all of their money at the end of day so that they will all be equal.
