Sometimes the "bunker mentality" works

I must admit, sometimes when I read the newspaper and see all the economic bad news and military oppression around the world, I kind of mentally retreat in to my bunker mentality and concentrate on 1. My Bible 2. My Chess Set and 3 My little herb garden. Silly perhaps, but it helps me get by...😏
