The EPA needs to be abolished since it is unconstitutional. Congress should create laws not 'agencies'. The IRS is being used as a political tool and needs to be abolished, just as income tax should be abolished.

I've commented many times that the government should not be used to transfer money from tax payers to private companies. It is an immoral use of tax money anytime money is simply given to private citizens.

As far as Antonin Scalia, I think that a murder investigation should be done before anything else.
