no doubt many have been killed on both sides.If a couple more muslims have been killed by christians or christians by muslims it doesn't matter.The question is; what do we do know to stop it?
the problem is; SOMe want to continue the killing(many more muslims than christians) and those we must deal with.

If I had my way, I would take all the leaders of both "faiths" and put them on an isolated island and give them all weapons, plenty of ammo, knives of all types, cannon, butchery tools and let them have at it, then keep them there anyway and don't tell who won.
