AOC could never get away with lying about it, especially within her own party. The CP opened the door for some of the protesters. You have blind faith in so called fact checkers. The one Capitol Police officer present even tried spraying the first person who entered the smashed window but then retreated because there were too many to hold back. Then first one of the mob attempts to kick in the door from the inside and fails and then two kicking in unison managed to break it open. So either you didn't watch the video or are lying about it.

3rd video from the top. At ;23 to 27 you see one man who had entered from the smashed window on the left, go to the door and try and fail to open it. Another guy than comes up almost immediately and kicks it then is joined by another rioter and together they kick it in at :36.

Why didn't the capitol police that let protesters in the CB get charged with seditious conspiracy?
Maybe you could argue they didn't do their job, but it is reasonable to think these guys were waaay overwhelmed, swarmed with people, and let them in because they didn't want to use lethal force to protect themselves. Isn't that what the testimony showed?
