It hardly needs to be said, but Kamala Harris never voiced support for riots. Here's the relevant portions of her interview with Stephen Colbert:

I have my doubts that most violent rioters bother to vote (with the ones on January 6th, 2021 being an exception).

This is a pretty specious argument, overall. Violence during the Trump presidency was fine because the rioters were Democrats (which you don't even know is true). Its as if the political affiliation of the violent offenders (which again you don't know) is somehow justifying their criminal activities?

"They are not going to stop....and they shouldn't".
The Dems were behind them all the way. They liked what Antifa and BLM were doing because they were protesting against Trump and his administration.

Regardless of perpetrator there was lots of intense violent crime during the trump years so Joe started a thread on a false premise.

....but not as much as there is now. Of course, maybe it is just being reported more now. Anyway, I am about to go out and steel a bunch of cell phones at Apple, because they will not prosecute me! What's not to like, the cryminal life may not be so bad. And I will be a liberal for extra insulation.
