It's no joke. I dialed the number myself and it works. If I want to dial the Obamacare hotline that is the number you call.

I suppose this was an accident. eh?

This is the sort of ilk we have in the federal government.

I heard it first on the radio and, of course, the DJ"s were in hysterics over it, but I don't find it a bit funny.
