On most French beaches you can go topless if you want. There’s plenty of nude resorts.
And you can wear a bathing suit.
AND ALL THIS BEING SAID... France didn’t ban the burkini.
Some French towns banned it for varying reasons. That is all.
And it’s a hell of a stink.
I think it should be banned. And the only reason I want it banned is because it’s a stupid piece of FFing clothing. Totally ridiculous.
And just to be the little clothes nazi I am: I’d ban trousers with low hanging crotches and strapless bras as well.
And everyone should wear capes.
