This ios a link to a document of a United States District Court. It is a "criminal complaint" about Robert Maurice Reeder. It is eepecially for all interested in video material. It is rather short, but the person himself was on video with the quote (page7) that he was tear gassed and had abttel with the police.
Or was he just taking a stroll after having been invited?

13. (page 4) Reeder seems to ask for water and is told that there was none in the building. He eneterd the building nonetheless. Would this count as invitation?
