The link points to a decision by the United States Court of Appeals.

Can we agree that it is a valid document, and that there are no grave mistakes in the document on what has happened ? Especially the parts which are perortedly have not been challenged by the defendand in the case?

So the document is deemed to be a valid one.

I quote from page 4:
4
Fracker and the neighbor to a metro station outside of the
District; they then took a train into the city. The three men
attended a rally near the Washington Monument, where they
listened to speeches by Rudolph Giuliani and former President
Donald Trump. They then joined a crowd that was headed to
the Capitol. When they arrived at a lower plaza on the west
side of the Capitol building, “[a] huge crowd [was] getting
pretty out of hand.” S.A. 121. The crowd was “yelling” and
“screaming.” Id. “[P]eople were throwing things,” like “flash
bangs” and “smoke grenades,” so Robertson and his
companions donned their gas masks. Id. at 121, 124-25. When
Metropolitan Police Department officers tried to move through
the crowd, Robertson blocked their way by standing in front of
them with his stick in a “tactical” grip that allowed offensive
and defensive movement. Trial Tr. 521:17–523:23, ECF No.
108; S.A. 85. Robertson used the stick to hit one officer and
“swipe[]” at another. S.A. 103.
Robertson and Fracker followed a group that had broken
through scaffolding on the west side of the Capitol, heading up
a set of stairs and into a courtyard just outside the building.
They crossed barricades and passed outnumbered officers who
were trying to keep rioters out of the area. As Robertson and
Fracker went up the stairs, another rioter threw a “stick-like
object” at officers. S.A. 132–33.

One of the persons arguing for "invited" and "stroll" please comment if this is consistent with your views.

No one with peaceful intentions goes to a rally equipped with a gas mask and a jousting pole.

Don't forget the Molotov cocktail's in the trunk of that car they found nearby and the huge stash of assault rifles in that Virginia hotel room of the Oath Keepers.
Yep, just a peaceful political discourse......

Was Trump packing? Oh, this question is not meant for Sunhouse, as he never answers questions. Anybody else out there? Tell us if Trump was packing?

Why bring a gas mask to a peaceful demonstration?

Trump knew the mob was armed. He is on record telling the Secret Service to remove the metal detectors because he, Trump, knew the mob was not there to harm HIM. So, if he knew they were not armed to do HIM any harm, why were they armed at all, and what did Trump expect them to do, armed as he knew they were, after telling them to go to the Capitol Bldg. and "fight like hell" ? C'mon, Joe, even you must be able to add two and two and get the right answer.

So Trump WAS packing, blubber on his hips and mantits. I guess you figure it would only have been an actual insurrection if Trump had won and SCOTUS gave it to him like Bush Jr.
Tell me, how is Trumpf going to govern when he is in prison? Remember, he can squash the Mar a Lago TS doc charges if he is POTUS but he cannot stop the Georgia case nor the NY fraud case where they are going after near half billion dollars in fines. And of COURSE for you, ALL of those charges are BS., having top secret and higher docs in a basement and his own bedroom and in a rental locker means nothing, since he declassified them all by telepathy.
So you say it was not an insurrection. What was it then? For you I suppose it can only be called an insurrection if they had weapons but the problem there is they DID have weapons and used them, just not machine guns like I assume you think is the only way it can be called an insurrection. They also had molotov cocktails in a car nearby ready to throw if they wanted AND in a nearby Virginia hotel, a huge cache of assault rifles owned by the Oath keepers so they could have used them if Trump had called them to do it. He may do exactly that the next time he loses.

Please don't follow the drifting attempts. If we all stay on topic (and I will make a thread from every silly drifting attempt) we can have the contents in focus.

So was Thomas Robertson somehow "tricked" into unruly behaviour by any "covert instigator"?
