@no1marauder saidI'm not denying she was recorded making the comments.
Are you denying she made the bigoted comments?
Do you deny trying to get me to agree with your value judgments?
@no1marauder said💩weasel alert! you think you can just make stuff up dont you? everyone can see the video
You're lying.
She asks several times something like "why are they in my office" (obviously she's not talking to the students) and though it's difficult to hear on the video it appears someone says something like "It's OK; they're praying".
@mott-the-hoople saidYup they can.

You're lying about it.
Teacher: And why in my office?
Other Teacher: They are praying.

@no1marauder saidI think YOU think her comments were bigoted. So I'll ask you again, do you deny trying to get me to agree with your value judgments?
You think her comments weren't "bigoted"?
See what I did there? I avoided walking into a trap, which btw is precisely what that teacher should have done.
Or maybe it was a trap she couldn't avoid. I haven't seen the video yet, am still digesting comments being made by you and others in this thread. I have a hunch that what she actually said isn't nearly as bad as you're making it out to be. But I'll let you know soon enough what I think of it after I view the video.

Holy Cow, you're right! Only a bigot would say "And why in my office?"
@kilroy70 saidDid you miss the referring to their religious practices as "magic" and the "I believe in Jesus so I'm interrupting the floor?".
"Teacher: And why in my office?"

Amazing you've been commenting on the incident for days without ever even bothering to look at the video.
@no1marauder saidAmazing that I would dangle that 🥕 and you didn't hesitate before grabbing it.

As I said, you'll know soon enough what I think about that video.
In the meantime enjoy your carrot.
I can't access the video. Is there a YouTube version of it?
Anywho... I read through a few news stories about the incident. The teacher was clearly irritated (I would be too) to see her office full of kids who didn't belong there. What I still don't get is why she was supposed to respect their right to worship in her office.
Did it occur to those kids they were disrespecting the teachers right to be in her own office? And if they didn't know better then it was because someone (not the teacher in question) gave them permission to use that teachers office.
The teacher clearly overreacted, but she didn't set the stage for the conflict... whoever allowed those kids to be in her office are responsible for that.
@no1marauder saiddoubling down on your lie isnt working

@no1marauder saidIf I agreed with your charge of bigotry then I would have to say you are a bigot as well. Is that what you want?
You think her comments weren't "bigoted"?
"a person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, especially one who is prejudiced against or antagonistic toward a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group."
It's an emotionally charged word. But it looses its punch when it's used often and indiscriminately, especially by hypocrites who also fit the definition of "bigot".

so, what were you saying?
@kilroy70 saidSure: if you have a video of me telling a group of kids their religious practices are "magic" and they should stop doing them because I "believe in Jesus" then you can rightfully call me a "bigot".

@no1marauder saidI don't need to see a video of you disparaging a religion.

"I'm a Non-Dualist and find all the Abrahamic religions to be somewhat silly superstitions"
This thread is peppered with your bigoted comments.
