She doesn't listen to the caller at all:
"Is there smoke?" - she has already told her there is twice.
"Are you on the 81st floor?" - she has already told her she is on the 83rd floor.
Wasn't this stupidity replicated when firemen were trying to get into the doomed building taking up half the stairwell and ultimately costing lives by preventing more people from escaping?
