In a normal world (or some fantasy reasonable world), if a federal judge told the President, "According to our Constitution and body of law, you can't do that," the President would say: "Oh, yeah -- right. Thank you for catching that. My bad."
However, I'm completely in favor of Tesla arsonists being charged and brought to trial.
