If that is your stance, a judge already agreed, repubs cannot throw out those ballots.

You don't consider it a very bad tactic by the repubs to try to force voter suppression?
You do know Libs will be just as likely to lose out as much as dems if the repub tactic of voter suppression worked.

and I felt their thrust would lose out in the courts.
