And yes, it does seem that journalists are not taking their jobs seriously; but mingling it with personal opinions, the network wishes and pandering to the audience.

I assure you, even if Trump runs (is allowed to) and loses, he won't be going away any time soon. He'll keep himself in the headlines if it kills him. Plenty of entertainment value there, in or out of office.
