It was Biden that withheld a billion dollars in aid to the Ukraine unless they dropped the investigation against his son Hunter and himself.
He even bragged about it to a group of reporters when he was Vice President, like it was something to be proud of.

Nonsense. And if any validity, it was in response to the culture of political corruption present in the Ukraine politic.
This was before Zelensky was elected President of Ukraine.
Further, much of Europe (a key stakeholder in the Russian-Ukraine crisis) was onboard.
Trump was withholding funding to enhance his re-election ambitions.
You do see the distinction, don't you ?? 🤔
