It's like the right hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.
Business needs to stay the hell away from government.

@Sleepyguy saidSounds great! Gummint should never spend more than it takes in. So let's look:

Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy: The DOGE Plan to Reform Government
https://archive.is/x5Uan
Now we're talkin.
Spend: 7.093 trillion
Income: 5.048 trillion
Debt: 2.045 trillion
So we need to cut 2 trillion in 'fat' from US Gummint to get to a balanced budget. The won't pay down our principal, but at least we would stop digging a hole.
Specific Expenses:
Medicare/aid: 1.833T
SS: 1.497T
Defense: 0.946T
Interest: 0.998 (can't cut this without defaulting)
'Other': 1.819T (these are the agencies, presumably; but a lot of other stuff)
Even if Musk fired 100% of every gummint agency and got rid of everything but the Big 4 spends, that STILL would not balance the budget. Presumably it would cause some problems to get rid of our Federal courts, the IRS, the Border Patrol, etc.
Much more sensible would be to cut Medicare, SS, Defense and 'Other' each by 34%. (Can't touch the interest part, unfortunately.)
So on closer examination, Musk's plan is rather disappointing.

... because you know, ... you're smarter than Musk and all.
When are you going to get noticed? It's just not fair.

"We will focus particularly on driving change through executive action based on existing legislation rather than by passing new laws. "
Of course, not being lawyers and having no legal training, they don't seem to understand that virtually every existing regulation has survived legal challenges, so their claims that "Together, these cases suggest that a plethora of current federal regulations exceed the authority Congress has granted under the law" is without any basis in court decisions.
True, Trump can make changes through executive action, but that is no different than what prior administrations have done despite what these two novices claim in this propaganda piece.
One might also find amusing the idea of the President creating a new federal agency without any Congressional authorization headed by two "appointees" not subject to Senate approval that is supposed to somehow return power to the Congress ---------- by getting the President to pass a slew of Executive Orders.

@no1marauder saidExactly. Cut government waste by creating a new government agency.
