(Yes Germany is not heaven; numbers are lower (about 10-12 % ) but still horrific.

As Shavixmir already said most of the rape occurs with people in the near environment of victims, which is especially bitter when there seems to be no way out fo the situation. And especially bitter when cleryg is "counselling" to rather suffer than stand up and bring "honest citizens" to responsability.

I have invented a group defined by a single trait (they are outside the imaginary lines i drew on a map and called my country). A few individuals of that group did something bad so i intend to assign blame to the entire group.

A few individuals from MY group do the same thing. Please don't assign blame the my entire group, that's not fair.

When a majority of violent crimes are committed by that group even though they are a small percentage of the population would it be fair to say that they should be avoided?

no, you're supposed to not be an imbecile and actually look into the reason why a certain statistic is the way it is.

There are in fact non-imbeciles who did look into this statistic racist asholes like yourself keep shouting to justify their racism. Surprisingly, they found reasons why the numbers are like that. Non-fox news reasons. So... not reasons you would ever accept.
