Conservative lawmakers are responding to an executive order by Democratic President Joe Biden that bans discrimination based on gender identity in school sports and elsewhere. Biden signed it Jan. 20, the day he took office.

Every school in the nation has several boys teams and a girls teams for various sports.
If that is not discrimination by gender I'd like to know what is.

Again, a person is born male sex. He goes to join a girls soccer team.
Does such a person have that right, yes or no???
It seems liberals say that only persons in above with certain genders can do this and others (male gender) cannot do this, all while citing the wrongness to the states' deciding who can and cannot do it with a different method of discrimination.

I don't support the inverse for obvious physical reasons. I don't think hormone treatments are always, if ever, enough to even the gap between trans-women and women.
But apart from sports, I support trans-girls being allowed in activity that is made for girls, such as joining the Girl Scouts.
