I really don't see any evidence less than 25 years old to make me think that the Democratic party is 'tax and spend.'
I do see a lot of evidence that the Republican party has become 'borrow and spend and borrow and spend and borrow and spend.' Maybe Bush was sleeping through the economics class that went over the futility of Ponzi schemes.
