Likewise, i have established my reasoning. It is that a doctor has really bad habits, some questionable, tasteless, poor judgement, some demanding fines or penalties, or some sort of punishment. But, he is the very best liver doctor in the State. I will make an appointment with him if my liver acts up. You would too.
So, there it is. You go feeble old man, I will go talented healthy man. Yes, it would be nice to have normal people vying for this job. But, it is what it is.
