"The organisers of Live Earth have published a Global Warming Survival Handbook, a colourful, cartoon-packed guide to life on our warming planet that is meant to be funny - not funny peculiar, but funny ha ha hardly. It contains 77 'essential skills' that we all must learn in order to prevent a 'global warming disaster'. And for all the shrill scaremongering of the global warming gloom merchants, the skills are petty indeed..."

"Environmentalism is fundamentally an emotional spasm, a twitch of guilt and angst, which dresses itself in 'frightfully dry statistics' to look grown-up."

Maybe there is something to this global climate change warmering thing. It was hotter here this weekend than it has been in nearly a year. I think I better put my tinfoil hat on.

Scaremongering. Yeah, sure. How about that fire in Utah going on now they can't even BEGIN to control, now 1/3 of a MILLION acres burning.
How many millions of acres burning does it take to make you think, MAYBE there is something to this GW thing?

Well, I live in Texas and we've had more rain during the month of June and early July than I can ever remember. Maybe it's a result of global rain or sumpin'?

I guess you can't recognise weather patterns gone eskew. Does 128 degrees in Las Vegas mean ANYTHING?

The author of the handbook is David Mayer de Rothschild son of Sir Evelyn de Rothschild, of the British wing of the Rothschild banking family. Here is an interesting quote from a radio interview.

ALEX JONES: "The polar icecaps of Mars are receding at several miles a year, much faster than ours and that the moons of Saturn and Jupiter are melting, in fact several of their moons were ice and are now liquid seas - how are SUV's causing that David Rothschild?

ROTHSCHILD: "Because those planets are closer to the sun, my friend."

ALEX JONES: "No, Jupiter and Saturn are not closer to the sun and neither is Mars."

Rothschild then quickly changes the subject

I love the 'my friend, part at the end... what an ass. Later on he accused the radio station of being a puppet of big oil
