well I'll be darned, wonder if I'll get a rebate here in Oregon, or is this a State by state issue?
Think Health Insurance doesn't cross state lines though,, am i wrong?

According to wiki, 738,475 people in Oregon voted for McCain in 2008 and 1,037,291 voted for Obama. A 2010 Gallup poll found that 40.3% were moderate, 33.4% conservative and 26.3% liberal.

You get outside of the Portland area, the college towns, and art type communities such as Ashland and it's pretty conservative.
