Annexation is legal and allowed in the Geneva Convention when a piece of land is used as a staging point for attacking another country, and in the process committing war crimes by setting up military bases and weapons in schools, hospitals, residential areas and religious buildings. They also used their children as shields. These people are sub-human, and should not be allowed to own weapons or run a country.
The country attacked can annex that territory and subdue it.
