Both Biden and Trump violated the Presidential Records Act and had in their possession classified records that should have been with the National Archives. Returning them promptly does not change that fact. Trump did not refuse to return the documents. At most he stalled returning them by multiple delays through his lawyer.

You just hate Trump for some reason. His pol ...[text shortened]... me too, but I do not have an unhealthy hatred for him like you. Why do you have such hatred for him?
Like Biden, Trump was not charged with retaining any national defense document he voluntarily relinquished.

Charged with what? Be specific.
Withholding a Document or Record (18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(b)(2)(A), 2)

Once again, Trump did not refuse to return the documents. He was just delaying it pending a legal attempt to assert executive privilege. Also, the assertion that Biden promptly returned the documents he was holding was only after he was caught. He had them for a very long time, longer than Trump has his.

Trump was trying to see what he could get away with legally before handing them over. That is all. Hardly something that warrants a conviction. It was a delay, not a refusal.

They are described in the indictment you refuse to read.
It's superb toddler logic. If it cannot be seen, then it does not exist. Peekaboo!!!

Clearly inapplicable in that it requires knowing conduct with the intent to withhold said documents from an official proceeding.

I read it and he knows it. How do you think I was able to find the date of the excerpt he quoted from it to prove him wrong? He is just repeating that randomly like a parrot. He even got suzi to repeat the same thing like a parrot and I know she never read it.

Like a parrot no1 is not a bright creature. He just repeats stuff mindlessly.

Biden didn't withhold documents he complied when asked to turn them over.

LOL! He knew he had them. Or are you claiming he could not remember he had them because of dementia? LOL! The dementia defense. Hilarious!

An official proceeding? What official proceeding?

How many years after he took them?

Biden complied with the requests immediately. Unlike Trump.

That's BS. He conspired to retain the documents even going so far as to have his lawyers falsely certify that all classified materials in his possession had been surrendered in response to the Grand Jury subpoena. Only those national defense materials which the government had to obtain by mandatory legal process from Trump are included in the charges; no such mandatory processes were required to obtain the return of the materials from Biden.

Exactly. If you read the statute you'd know the lack of any official proceeding the documents were relevant to makes the statute irrelevant to Biden.

There's no evidence Biden knew he had classified materials. He wasn't showing US military plans to writers.

Biden was withholding classified documents for years. How soon he handed them over after he got caught does not change the fact he withheld classified documents he was not supposed to have. That is like saying you should not be charged with possession of cocaine because you handed it over sooner than the other guy.

Withholding a Document or Record (18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(b)(2)(A), 2)

Once again, do you think Biden should be charged for Withholding a Document or Record?
