Would you please pount me to any credible source that the election was not won fair and clear. You can refer to a few dozen court decisions on this, weher courts declared the "alleged guardians of democracy" wrong.
In fact the guy is partly right. It is silly to just tranfer the sorcing of energy. Saving energy would be the key.
