Looks like we are rounding up TWICE the number of undesirables and suspicious characters! πŸ˜†

States, Miller claimed, “The Constitution is clear and that, of course, is the supreme law of the land, that the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus could be suspended in time of invasion.”

“So that’s an option we’re actively looking at,” he added.

So, the government can round you up and deport you if you're here without permission, but doesn't have to prove to anyone that you don't have permission, which means they can deport anyone for no reason?

They are "looking into that"???

A multiple felon can be President and suffer no punishment for his crimes but he can deport people without due process.

So much for the “Party of Law and Order”

Do you mean illegally?

All aliens 18 years of age and over in the United States required to register under INA 262, including but not limited to those who register using this new process, must carry and have in their personal possession evidence of their registration at all times.

And that’s why you elected a felon. Because you want people who commit crimes prosecuted.

What if you're not an alien but ICE thinks you are (or pretends you are)?

If you're referring to the trial where Trump got due process and was convicted of multiple felonies, I think it's a normal trial of a criminal who got legally convicted in a court of law.

Your quickness to call people who have not even been in court criminals while ignoring the fact that Trump is, in fact, a criminal is very hypocritical. It is strong evidence for how racism and classism are hidden just beneath the surface in our culture. Rich white criminals are "really" innocent, and poor brown people who have not been convicted of anything are "really" criminals.

“The writ of habeas corpus has been suspended four times since the Constitution was ratified: throughout the entire country during the Civil War; in eleven South Carolina counties overrun by the Ku Klux Klan during Reconstruction; in two provinces of the Philippines during a 1905 insurrection; and in Hawaii after the bombing of Pearl Harbor.”
