The Pfizer and Moderna covid vaccines utilize gene therapy technology. Gene therapy does not have to change your DNA. Even so, there is no evidence the mRNA vaccines do not change DNA. In fact, there is circumstantial evidence that it does. It was proven to change the DNA in Human Liver Cell Lines. That means it has not been ruled out.
