There is no part of the bible where Jesus blesses those in poverty.

[Luke 6:20-21 NKJV] 20 "Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said: "Blessed [are you] poor, For yours is the kingdom of God. 21 Blessed [are you] who hunger now, For you shall be filled. Blessed [are you] who weep now, For you shall laugh." Goodnight . 😴
It is well know by bible scholars that Matthews account of the Sermon on the Mount is clearer and more detailed. What you posted is Lukes account of the Beattitudes. In Matthew's account the words are made clearer.

Poor = Poor in Spirit.
Hunger = Hunger after righteousness.

Hunger = Hunger after righteousness.
[Psalms 113:7-8 KJV] 7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, [and] lifteth the needy out of the dunghill; 8 That he may set [him] with princes, [even] with the princes of his people.
[Jamess 2:5 NKJV] 5 Listen, my beloved brethren: Has God not chosen the poor of this world [to be] rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?
[Proverbs 14:20-21, 31 NKJV] 20 The poor [man] is hated even by his own neighbor, But the rich [has] many friends. 21 He who despises his neighbor sins; But he who has mercy on the poor, happy [is] he. ... 31 He who oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker, But he who honors Him has mercy on the needy.
[Proverbs 17:5 NKJV] 5 He who mocks the poor reproaches his Maker; He who is glad at calamity will not go unpunished.
[Proverbs 19:17 NKJV] 17 He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, And He will pay back what he has given.
[Proverbs 21:13 NKJV] 13 Whoever shuts his ears to the cry of the poor Will also cry himself and not be heard.
[Proverbs 22:2, 9, 16 NKJV] 2 The rich and the poor have this in common, The LORD [is] the maker of them all. ... 9 He who has a generous eye will be blessed, For he gives of his bread to the poor. ... 16 He who oppresses the poor to increase his [riches], [And] he who gives to the rich, [will] surely [come] to poverty.
[Proverbs 29:7, 14 NKJV] 7 The righteous considers the cause of the poor, [But] the wicked does not understand [such] knowledge. ... 14 The king who judges the poor with truth, His throne will be established forever.
[Proverbs 30:14 NKJV] 14 [There is] a generation whose teeth [are like] swords, And whose fangs [are like] knives, To devour the poor from off the earth, And the needy from [among] men.
[Proverbs 31:9 NKJV] 9 Open your mouth, judge righteously, And plead the cause of the poor and needy.

The poor are spiritually blessed by God; period. Unless they are evil.

[Mark 12:41-44 NKJV] 41 Now Jesus sat opposite the treasury and saw how the people put money into the treasury. And many [who were] rich put in much. 42 Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a quadrans. 43 So He called His disciples to [Himself] and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; 44 "for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood."
