ive been looking at these resently and although they are described as heresy i find them questionable but compeling. tho the book i have is just sayings ive heard there is another version any wiser christians with more info than i have.

Check out a book by Elaine Pagels on the Gnostic Gospels. She is really good.

yes i know of the Gnostic Gospels tho never read any arn,t they anti christ or is that put about by the church. but thanks for stiring my interest.

According to various sources there were anywhere between 30 and 200 gospels knocking around and politics dictated the present selected bunch....funny that! Dead Sea scrolls well worth a read as wellas other gnostic sources. Shines a large light on early Xnty.
