I'm a sucker for time management tools, and one of them caused me to be shocked and a little ashamed, but I think this is important, so wanted to share it.
Writing down all my daily activities for 24 hours from to time spent sleeping through my waking hours revealed the following:
1 hour watching TV - about 30% of air time on commercials
1.25 hours web surfing - including RHP
1.25 hours misc.
1 hour exercise
45 min on emails
8.5 hours spent at work - but only 5.2 billable hours (income producing)
2.25 hours preparing meals and eating.
8 hours in bed
Everyone is given the same 24 hours, and we all know one of the things that separates high producers and high earners from everyone else is time management and frankly mine sucks! even though it's probably typical of the average American. I'm going to make some changes here. Please try this little exercise, it might cause you to do the same.
And then, one day, you find, ten years have got behind you. No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun----

@soothfast saidTrue, but other than the silly “Bercow for PM” thread, there is only one thread about Brexit.
Any thread in this forum that isn't about Trump or Brexit is a breath of fresh air.
