    My good friends:

    We have once again achieved that which is not possible in most parts of the world. We've maintained our government on peaceful terms.

    We disagree. The manner in which we disagree is peaceful and orderly.

    Have we really maintained it or had the international banker cartel maintained it and duped us into believing we did?

    Joe,

    The American people decided. We didn't tell our story well enough, and there were parts of our story that people found unappealing. Obscure politicians from inconsequential states painted us in a bad light. We have to change.

    Seems to me like most power transfers in democratic and semi-democratic nations are relatively peaceful.
