To raise or not to raise? That is the taxing question.

I came across this whilst surfing the web. I don't agree with it at all and believe that the government needs to cut spending and raise taxes and maybe even sink low enough to ask for donations.

The economy needs a jumpstart and the people who know how to make money should be the ones to lead the charge.
