Ok I'd like someone to explain to me how this new bill is going to help anyone except the big corporations?.

Did we as the consumer and little people just get hosed?

The obvious.

I will. Explain it.

The "Lawyers" who get 97% of the results of the claims all belong to multi-billion dollar "Corporations".

We in the real world call them "Ambulance Chasers".

Wouldn't it make sense to give the hillbilly a million dollars if his goat gets eaten by a neighbors dog? Instead of giving him fifty bucks and giving ten million dollars to a bunch of lawyers who are a big bad corporation?

All tort reform says is "Give the lawyer a fee that is fair. Give the hillbilly the dollars."

Dem's will oppose this to the death. Do you know why? Fact. The "Trial Lawyer" corporations are the single largest money source of the Democratic party. Fact.
