Anyway, to school you in the big picture (sorry, not about 'me'..libs are so touchy feely, you know.)..what we are discussing is what Trump said, not what I think. Try this...he is a politician. What they do is say things in a way so as not to alienate their people, good , bad and indifferent. So, how nice that he gathers his children and says that we can all be good people. Let us come together in peace.....that sort of thing. Unlike Suetrans and Sonhouse, I cannot tell you wht he was thinking when he said it, but he has learned politics quite well. He can get things done.

Edit: I take that back, there is a benefit in it, I don't doubt this one lie told and retold about Trump has caused many reasonable dims to question what they're being fed, and so has helped, in some small way, their stepping away from MSM, MSBNC, CNN, Young Jerks, and others.
