@sonhouse saidOK. Marauders says tax payers do not have their money go towards payment of tuitions. He say the debt just disappears. The small town of Hayfield Oregon loans $100k out of the treasury to citizens who use it for college in Boise 300 miles away, and the citizens (students) do not pay it back, (whether the city agrees to eat it or not),
Ok I'll play your game for awhile, what is your question? The one about Trans dudes competing with girls? Student loans getting a break? Which one are you talking about?
Right now I am involved in two science papers I am writing, just posted tune # 483 on soundcloud and working on my ham rig besides helping my near invalid wife.
So I don't have a lot of time.
The treasury had $1.000,000 in it, loaned out $100k. So, today it has a $900k balance.
In the scheme of things, the big picture, is it the end ruslt that the taxpayers of the town have in effect paid the money that had been loaned out??
Of course, it would folow that the city will raise taxes to cover it, but that is irrelevant to the question.,,,,except, why would they raise taxes? Never mine, a rhetorical question. So, are the taxpaers liable fot the debt??
You can do this. Don't be afraid of Marauder. (for the record, sue will say 'well, the USA tuition payoffs were canceled'. We are speaking of Hayfield)
@Metal-Brain saidCall up one of your old history teachers. I'm sure she'll ask why you never paid attention in school.
And you do? Let's hear it.
@AverageJoe1 saidYou act like you have NO idea how government works. You really don't if you think businessmen should be allowed to stick their corrupt fingers in the pie.

@AverageJoe1 saidThe evasion is embarrassing even from you.
This was a direct question to Sonhouse, thanks. Let's give him time to answer, even you may be courious as to what he will say.
@Suzianne said???? how can one become embarrassed on an anonymous forum? Maybe that would be a good thread, why don’t you start it.
The evasion is embarrassing even from you.
Do you think Sean house will present an adult response to my question above? You liberals can get quite cynical and angry and all of those other things with simple questions.

How long have you been here?
I find that I am most often made cynical and angry by the right's insistence on ruining America.

@Suzianne saidWell, it is a good question, I asked him 22 hours ago. Plenty of time to answer. Am I too inquisitive? Anyway, on this particular question I have been here for 22 hours.
You have to ask this?

Sue the problem that we have with your liberals. I have asked a question of Sunhouse for several months regarding boys, competing with girls, I am sure you have seen something about it. Notice in his comment to me a few clicks back he said that I was writing about tran dudes’ Competing with girls. You see Suzanne I was not writing about tran dudes competing with girls. I was writing about boys competing with girls. Y’all are getting like marauder,. I will swear for the life of me right now that I don’t know what train is. So anyway, Sunhouse rewrites my question. Do you think that you rewrite questions or are you pretty good on staying on an exact issue.?
@AverageJoe1 saidI find your analogies tiring at best, and stupid at their worst. Most of them are stupid, btw, usually having nothing but emotion in common with the topic.
You and Marauder were asked a simple question and will not answer it. You ask questions with astounding reams of convolution which would demand maybe hiring a staff for research. You don't need a staff, or research, because you do not even know the nature of the substance of which you write.
Take that ! I can now always plead 'Remember that you avoided my Town Ques ...[text shortened]... to respond like that to Marauder questions,,,,,,,he does not ask questions. He just pontificates.
@Suzianne saidI analogized the budget of a town government with that of the Fed govt. Everyone here would like your reasoning for what you say here.
I find your analogies tiring at best, and stupid at their worst. Most of them are stupid, btw, usually having nothing but emotion in common with the topic.
I show that town loans money to students of the town.
I show that the Fed govt loans money to students of the country.
You seem so angry all the time. Pretend we are having a cup lof coffee at Starbucks, and I'm buying. So , what say you?
@AverageJoe1 saidWell, we have a new expenditure thanks to that really ugly bill, 170 BILLION just for ICE. Now THAT org puts people in jail with no access to lawyers and there is solid evidence those prisoners are really poorly treated like one example where a man with no record and not here illegally but has cancer, thrown into a ward in a small room now holding 60 people so packed in there were no beds and they all had to sleep on the floor but there was not even enough room for that they are stacked together like dead fish.

As just one example, I can only assume you totally agree that those folks should not have access to a lawyer or being put in conditions a lot worse than a real prison full of people actually convicted of a crime.
So that is one question, is that ok, the second case is how much would the gummint deal out with, have you even researched how much money the taxpayers have given out for this student debt relief? How much does it add up to and how much has already been paid assuming tax payers pay the bill.
So I am thinking the total is a lot less than the inhumane ICE system. Its funny how fast people can be coaxed to be cruel.
Like the way US soldiers were treated in WW2 from Nazi's in Germany or US pow's in Japan, treated as sub humans in inhumane conditions.
The prisoners sent to El Salvador are undergoing exactly that kind of treatment as Nazi's spilled out to POW's, LITERALLY, beatings every day, given crap for food, forget medical treatment.
And now here in the US ICE literally kidnapping anyone they want, main rational, BROWN skin, US citizen, green card no matter, dump in a van and off to an inhumane cell highly overcrowded just waiting for those folks where say they were originally from Columbia as an example are now going to be deported to say Sudan, where they don't know the culture or language or moral codes or anything else about that country.
Is THAT ok with you? I am not talking about hypotheticals here I am talking about REALITY. ICE agents refuse to identify themselves so what happens if the dude being kidnapped happened to be say a brown skin Proud boy with a couple of pistols on him and with no ID he thinks who the hell ARE these folks and with no ID I am not going to lie down and let them shove me into an unmarked van and maybe my wife gets a message, give us 20,000 dollars and we let your husband go free.
So that kind of thoughts going through his head and he goes FK YOU ASSSHOLES and pulls out a pistol, say in Florida where you are legally allowed to carry and self defense laws, so there are all of a sudden 3 dead ICE agents who could have avoided that confrontation if they only ID'd themselves, So is your stance, they don't have to ID CRAP and I totally agree with the treatments of those sub humans and I don't give a rats ass they can't talk to a lawyer because I KNOW they are all drug dealers, rapists, trafficers, and the like. Is THAT your stance?
To me that is a MUCH MUCH larger issue than student loan forgiveness but I think it is a safe bet you figure the student loan forgiveness program is the most important issue in the US, well, besides trans kids competing in girls sports or the massive invasion going on at the border. So I talked only about two issues.
Does that mean because these are complex issues that NEEDS more than a flipping paragraph to write, does that mean you are incapable of talking about issues as complex as ICE treatment of prisoners?
@sonhouse saidSonhouse. Please. Can you just tell me what your position would be regarding the town of Hayfield, Oregon? For the sake of arguement, let us say that overnight all of the ills that you just wrote about,... just above in those several paragraphs about a lot of stuff....have all been resolved? So, not an issue?

Then we have the one issue at hand,..... was the loss of repayment of the loans to the Hayfield government borne by the taxpayers of Hayfield?
@Suzianne saidHelp me sue. Ihave no one here to turn to. See my simple question to Sonhouse, it is not even an analogy. The taxpayers of Hayfield have a shortage in the college loan account.
I find your analogies tiring at best, and stupid at their worst. Most of them are stupid, btw, usually having nothing but emotion in common with the topic.
Do you see what he just wrote back to me in answer to that? How should I take that? Should I repost? And repost again? maybe repost his answer that he just wrote? Was it an answer? What was it? Didn't he already write all that 3 days ago? I am at a loss.
@AverageJoe1 saidYou know, if you can't even be man enough to read a whole post and then say your eyes glaze over when presented with complex issues that CANNOT be described in one paragraph there is nothing for us to talk about because anyone so limited mentally they cannot deal with even TWO paragraphs where even 2 paragraphs are not enough to characterize an issue, there is literally nothing to talk about because I would be beating my head against a concrete wall.
