And in Trump’s own words in the audio clip.
In a nutshell, downplaying a pandemic he knew was deadly in order to put his own political objectives ahead of the pandemic.

Of course, we’ve all known this for months.
But it is significant to hear it out of his own mouth.
Yeah ... but the responsibility was Woodward's!

If he thought it bad he (Woodward) should have told the "authorities".

Wel ... someone in charge should have been informed. 😵

A true leader, he kept the people from panicking.
Do you think that US citizens are imbeciles compared to the rest of the world?

When hearing from their leaders about the severity of C-19 people followed the rules ... didn't panic..

This is a weak narrative dipped in politics.
The onus to release this information could have been (or should have been) put on anyone on Trump’s White House staff.
Instead of someone who would only end up being labelled “fake news”.

Stupid political narrative dreamt up by FOX Propaganda.

As to your reference to “someone in charge”....duh !!
Who do you suppose that is ???

Woodward though had actual proof in the form of tape recordings Trump had consented to. This would have made the usual blanket denials untenable.

@Duchess64

An infamous WHO tweet saying there was 'no clear evidence' COVID-19 could
spread between humans was posted for 'balance' to reflect findings from China

On January 14, the World Health Organization (WHO) tweeted that there was "no clear evidence" that the coronavirus could spread between people.

And they changed their opinion 2 weeks later, when science found evidence contrary to what qas originally thought.

@happy-chappy

Maybe come November. But Pence will just pardon him of all coming federal charges. But there are STATE charges still pending and Pence can go suck on a rotten fig for all he can do about it.
