It's pretty simple. Haley is doing her job and try to spin it with the usual - MSM trying to get Trump.

However, her 'explanation' doesn't quite follow the fact that the laughter followed a typical Trumpian boast and Trump's own reaction was one of surprise and making a joke ("Didn't expect that"😉.

It's polite to applause after jokes in speeches. It's also polite to applause after a speech is finished. Most of the UN delegates are well educated in both etiquette and courtesy.

Let me ask you this. How many of the UN delegates do you think agree with Trump regarding the UN and reducing it's influence? Do you really think they 'love' a man that are trying to destroy what they are working for?

Maybe he should have ended his speech with ......
