Looking at how places like Syria and the Sudan were handled by the UN, you would think they would have a tad bit more humility as the world should be laughing at them.
Oh well. It's onto the next resolution against Israel since that is all they seem to care about.

However, her 'explanation' doesn't quite follow the fact that the laughter followed a typical Trumpian boast and Trump's own reaction was one of surprise and making a joke ("Didn't expect that"😉.

It's polite to applause after jokes in speeches. It's also polite to applause after a speech is finished. Most of the UN delegates are well educated in both etiquette and courtesy.
Let me ask you this. How many of the UN delegates do you think agree with Trump regarding the UN and reducing it's influence? Do you really think they 'love' a man that are trying to destroy what they are working for?
