It seems there is a big difference between wasting the public's time with ridiculous accusations about voter fraud, and wasting a courts time with the same thing.
A pair of Colorado lawyers were fined $187,000 over a failed lawsuit challenging the 2020 election. A judge slammed them for not properly investigating their claims. They now have to contribute towards legal fees of defendants they accused of election-rigging.
The payment was a reminder of the lawyers' "higher duty" not to advance poorly investigated claims that "strike at the heart of our democratic system," Judge N. Reid Neureiter wrote in court documents released Monday and seen by Insider.
Another one bites the dust. ๐

@sonhouse saidOh Yeah. It's amazing how many people stay loyal to this snake oil salesman. He is loyal to no one but himself.
@mchill
THAT is funny. So not only do they have to pay up that near 200K but they never did and never will get a cent from Trump, that is how he rolls. Hire someone, they do the job, he goes, Kiss my butt, poor job, you aint gettin a CENT from me.
