I submit that certain such policies or behaviours have been implemented over the years, some of which have been shot down by the present adminstration thank God. I think he is warning us to keep questioning power, maybe that is what fighting ICE is ,but he eschews violence as best I can remember....that , we should protect our freedoms to debate.
Look how one party wants total ID when exercising rihts, but one party wants to limit our rights to know who is voting.
