Why should it be? If the People put one party in charge of the Presidency and both Houses of Congress it should be able to enact its agenda. There's always the next election if what they do proves unpopular.

Banning a certain phrase is silly. The kids will just invent another one. I recall my mother punishing my sister after she exclaimed "F_CK!", so next time, my sister said "FUT!"
