We don't want a return to a global model that fit a world population of 2 or 3 billion.
We are at 8 billion heading to 9, 10 billion and beyond.
Globalization is a naturally occurring consequence of human population growth, social and technological advances.
Nationalism is a resistance to that natural evolution.
And that resistance usually leads to friction, which on a human scale is usually conflict and war.
We know that there are those that want their own kingdom.
But most of us like that fact that people all over the world are coming together.
We don't need the fear mongering that is put forth by the few authoritarian figures that seem to have grabbed the headlines these days.
And I don't think that humanity should be led by those that are frightened of humanity.
Oh and btw, that doesn't make me a Socialist.

Pence should just stick his nose in the Bible and pray the world problems away.
I just don't see him being any more constructive than that.
I don't think we know what Trump is getting out of being President yet.
He's put too many distractions out there for the media to chase.
But I know that he knows Putin's playbook as President of Russia.
Putin has made anywhere from $70-200B USD from being leader.
Donald is like-minded, I would think.
And the Trump brand is worthless when he returns to private life.
I'm sure he is busy getting his share out of being in the WH.
Jared, Ivanka and Fredo (aka junior) have been quiet in the background these days.
I'm sure there will be more to come.
