One branch is NOT supposed to be OVER another or both other branches.
What makes you think Trump should be OVER judges or Senators or congressmen?
THEY ARE EQUAL branches and one branch CAN LEGALLY restrict another branch when they get out of line like Trump does ALL THE TIME.
Trump WANTS to be over DOJ, Senate and house so he can rule, that is called a DICTATORSHIP.
