Check out the Camp David accords as just one example. Arafat was handed everything he wanted, he went back and talked to the Arab leaders in the surrounding countries and they all told him no. So, he bombed israel and ended the talks.
Oh, and the land was jewish land way before it was arab land. That's history. Look up Judea and find out who was there and why they are no longer there....
