It is 100% clear he WANTED the coup attempt to go on and the HANG PENCE deal was the clincher AFAIAC. The Proud Boys would not have known to say that had it not been for Trump calling them in the middle of the attack. Pence would have been one of the good guys from their POV because the vote count had not even commenced at that point in time.

Well, it is taking months for the investigation into the high fuel prices to finish too. I guess they are waiting for the price of gas to come down before they say there is no wrongdoing. After all, who can argue when the price is down finally.

I agree, but you're not going to change anyone's mind here. Tell this to a republican and they'll pivot to Hunter Biden, inflation, or whatever their pet gripe is today. The only hope of holding Donald Trump accountable is in the courts - and I'm not holding out much hope there, since our beloved attorney general seems content on prosecuting the low-level grunts that did the rioting, while slow walking anything to do with Trump. 😕
